Just a little longer and then it’s finally here: the ultimate weekend with your friends! We’ve listed all the important info for you, so you’ll be fully prepared. Take a moment to read everything carefully — it’ll save you a lot of hassle once you’re there.
Quick checklist:
- Download your ticket at home already and make a screenshot of it (internet on-site can get overloaded);
- Bring a valid ID (copies/photos are not accepted);
- Liquids, food, and glass are not allowed (this also includes perfume, lip gloss, or deodorant);
- Arrive on time to avoid queues at the entrance, lockers, or token stands;
- Bring a powerbank so you stay reachable.
Staying at the campsite? Make sure to also check all important camping info!

- Campsite: Friday May 22, 10:00 AM until Monday 12:00 PM
- Festival grounds: 4:00 PM until 12:00 AM with 3 stages and loads of artists
- Afterparty: We keep going until 4:00 AM
Saturday, May 23
- Festival grounds: 2:00 PM until 12:00 AM
- Afterparties: We keep going until 3:00 AM (camping visitors only)

The forecast looks amazing: perfect festival weather with sunshine and around 26 degrees. And if a little rain does show up, no worries — all areas are covered, so you can just keep dancing without a problem. There are also free sunscreen stations around the festival grounds. Check the floorplan to see where you can find them!

Lost ticket & personalization
You can always find your tickets in your Absolutely Fresh account. You can also personalize your ticket there. Go to your order page → “Assign tickets”. Make a screenshot of your QR code so you always have it ready.
Resale Platform
Still looking for a ticket or want to sell yours? Use our official Resale Platform. This is the only way to safely buy or sell tickets 100% securely. Once your ticket is sold, the buyer receives a completely new ticket with a unique barcode.
Please note: every year we still see dozens of people getting scammed with fake tickets. Don’t buy tickets through other websites or platforms.
Ticket support
Problems with your ticket? At the entrance, a ticket manager from our ticket provider Paylogic will be available (until around 7:00 PM) to help you with any ticket-related questions. Make sure to bring your ID, confirmation email (if you have it), and proof of payment.
Name change
Bringing someone else instead? Go to your Absolutely Fresh account → Order page → “More actions” → “Name change”. This is possible until during the event itself.
Combi ticket
A combi ticket is personal. Make sure to bring it both days. Your ticket will be scanned and checked by name again every day at the entrance.
🚫 What’s not allowed
General rules
- Food and drinks are not allowed;
- Glass is not allowed on or around the festival grounds;
- Liquids are not allowed (including deodorant, perfume, hairspray, etc.);
- Sunscreen is allowed in a tube, not as a spray.
Smoking
Smoking is prohibited inside or underneath tents and covered areas. If you break this rule, we may remove you from the festival grounds. We also do not sell cigarettes on the festival or campsite grounds.
Medication
You may bring medication up to a maximum daily supply. “Daily supply” means the amount that may legally be used in one day. If medication is taken during the security check, you’ll receive a flyer explaining how to get your medication back later.
Gluten allergy
We offer a limited amount of gluten-free food on-site. We understand you may not want to risk cross-contamination or that the options may be too limited. In exceptional cases, you may therefore bring your own gluten-free food for one person.
💡 Tokens & lockers
Tokens
On the festival grounds you pay with tokens. These can be bought on-site by PIN, cash, or credit card. Tip: order your tokens online in advance to save time at the festival!
Please note: tokens are only valid during Freshtival 2026 and are non-refundable.
Lockers
At the entrance you’ll find lockers where you can safely store your belongings. Locker size: 30 cm wide, 40 cm deep, and 24 cm high.
Tip: want to be 100% sure of a locker? Reserve yours in advance via this link!
On the day itself, you’ll receive your locker number and code by email. Don’t forget to check your spam folder too.
🤝 Practical info
ID
Always bring your ID card, driver’s license, or passport. Please note: copies or photos on your phone are not accepted. Lost or expired ID? Report this at your local municipality to get an official declaration of loss. Together with another card or document proving your identity, you can still identify yourself.

Re-entry
Once you leave the event, it is not possible to re-enter.
Recycling system
We use a recycling system at Freshtival. Upon entry you’ll receive a recycle token. Order your drinks with tokens and hand in your recycle token. After that, return your empty cup with your next order! Without an empty cup or recycle token, you’ll pay an extra 0.5 token.
Merchandise & FreshPoints
There’s a merchandise stand on the festival grounds where you can get items like:
- Sunglasses, caps, t-shirts, and hoodies
- Earplugs, sunscreen, powerbanks, and lighters
- Lip balm, deodorant rollers, and hair gel
- And much more!
You’ll also find FreshPoints across the festival grounds where snacks and toiletries are available. Some essentials are even available for free in limited quantities, like hair gel, hair ties, tampons, and sanitary pads.

✨ DeLuxe tickets
Got yourself DeLuxe tickets for Freshtival? Then you’re in for something special. From the very first minute, your Freshtival experience becomes even more luxurious!
Day visitor:
You can use the separate entrance on the left side of the main entrance. There, you’ll receive your DeLuxe wristband, which gives you access to the deck and all other benefits.
Camping visitor:
You can pick up your wristband at the information point on the campsite.
Your benefits:
- DeLuxe entrance → Separate entrance so you’ll be inside in no time
- DeLuxe Deck → Access to the elevated deck overlooking the Grolsch stage and thousands of visitors
- DeLuxe Bar → Your own bar at the deck, meaning faster drinks
- Private toilets → Definitely not a bad thing — separate toilets near the DeLuxe deck
- Sweets & finger foods → Enjoy tasty bites at several moments during the day
Please note: DeLuxe tickets (and upgrades) are completely sold out for both days. Keep an eye on our Resale Platform in case someone decides to resell their ticket!
🧐 Lost & found
During and after Freshtival, we collect all lost items. Depending on where the item was found, it’ll be taken to the corresponding pickup point.
- Lost on the festival grounds? → Pick up at security near the main entrance
- Lost during the afterparties? → Pick up at security between the campsite and festival grounds
- Lost at the campsite? → Pick up at the campsite info point
Everything not collected the same day will be handed over to the municipality. Around two days after the event, all found items will be listed on the Verloren of Gevonden website. You can also report missing items there yourself — check their FAQ for more information.
Forgot something in your locker? Use this form to contact our locker partner Eventsafe. They collect all belongings left behind in lockers.
