Het Rutbeek is the magical location of Freshtival. An amazing paradise, surrounded by water, forest and beautiful beaches. A place for endless wandering and getting lost. At Freshtival, there is an adventure waiting in every corner. A total discovery in itself. Explore cozy chill out spots between the trees, the camp fires on the beach, the refreshing water and all the secret areas – if you find them. And not to forget the overwhelming stages…

No matter where you are standing, there is always something to see. From the very first minute after entering the festival. From our infamous Grolsch-area and insanely big main stage to our rave technodome, hardstyle area and party caravan. Add to that all the lasers, fire cannons, kilos of confetti and spectacular fireworks, and you have the ultimate mix that will make your Pentecost weekend unforgettable.

We bring the best from the dance scene to Enschede at Pentecost. From Dutch heroes to the absolute world stars. And don’t forget the upcoming talents. Go loco on fidget house, banging techno and lovely pop, or show your moves at the future house, hardstyle, rap and reggae heroes. Discover those weird sing-a-long songs and guilty pleasure or go crazy on one of your favorite hits.

Once you enter the festival site, you won’t just feel like you’re in another world; you’ll feel like you’re part of another family. The Fresh Family. Each one creative, quirky, sweet and a little rebellious. We look forward to welcoming you – from all over Europe – on May 17, 18 & 19, 2024.

Are you joining us this year?

When we say anything goes at Freshtival, we really mean it. Because Freshtival is one big playground. Expect dress-up parties, cheeky music, and the craziest vibes where your humor and creativity will be put to the test. Get lost in the partying, spin rounds in the Ferris wheel, sing until you can’t sing no more, dive into mosh pits, sitdowns, and jump into confetti showers with no shame. Or how we like to say it: “Escape the ordinary and dive into another world.”

Whether you live around the corner or hail from the other side of the world,  your Pentecost weekend is only complete when you and your friends set up a tent at Fresh Village. The greatest and craziest camping in the east. Join pre-parties after afterparties, barbecues and dive into the greatest silent discos in Twente. This is where we party for no less than 3 nights non-stop.

All the dancing, jumping and partying makes one hungry, so we prepared a gigantic food line-up for you. From culinary dishes to the freshest sandwiches, pizzas, wok & grill meals to vegetarian and vegan delicacies. And of course we have the best fast food, French fries and fresh burgers. All that good stuff can be washed down with a lovely wine, Grolsch beer or cocktail. Find your spot on the beach or share a table to make new friends.

In 2023, the wonderful world of Freshtival opened its doors for the fourteenth time. How hard, fast and big everything went! From 3.000 visitors and ‘only’ 6 areas to the greatest festival in Twente with over 60.000 festival lovers from 16 countries and hundreds of top artists. We experienced so many magic moments together.

Because who was there when Sidney Samson and Erick E broke down the festival in the first year? Or six years later when we closed the weekend with the most incredible shows ever? And how about that insane mosh pit with The Opposites in 2014, in that heat? Or when when we reached the 20.000 visitor-milestone in 2017. Which also was the first year we had our own camping including a silent disco. And how ten years of Freshtival with worldstar Sean Paul! And the following year with hitmachine Jason Derulo. And not to mention when Tekashi 6ix9ine joined us in 2023. Remember?
