➜ Brief summary
- Come to the festival on time and avoid waiting at the entrance + token counter
- Bring a valid ID with you! Copy is not valid
- Download your festival ticket(s) in advance at home (make a print screen). It is possible that the internet at the festival site is overloaded. That means you will not be allowed access
- Liquids, food and glass are not allowed (so no: perfumes, lip gloss, deo, hair spray, etc.)
- We work with a recycling system
- Please bring a power bank so you can keep in touch
- Medications are not allowed without an official doctor’s note

🚧🚆 Track work between Almelo and Enschede
on Saturday, June 7 & 8
There will be no trains between Almelo and Enschede on Saturday and Sunday. Replacement buses will be running instead, also stopping at Borne and Enschede Kennispark. Make sure to check your trip with NS in time, so you’re not caught off guard. 😅
➜ Arrive on time
We expect big crowds so make sure you don’t get stuck in queues at the entrance, lockers and/or coin counter. This way you will reduce the chances of having to wait in line or missing something!
➜ Weather forecast
We totally get your concerns about the weather — but no worries, we’ve got you covered! There’ll be plenty of dry moments to enjoy the weekend!
Here’s what you’ll find on the festival grounds:
- a solid 8 covered areas
- Extra shelter tents
- Free sunscreen stations
- Small foldable umbrellas (without a point) are allowed
- The DeLuxe Deck is partially covered
- Wooden floors
Important tips:
- Keep an eye on our social media channels for updates
- Wear “all-weather” festival shoes
- Bring some extra (rain proof)layers. There are plenty of lockers to store your stuff!
Sunscreen may be brought if:
- it’s spreadable (no sprays)
- it’s still in a new package
- Note: We also have free sunscreen stations on the festival grounds. Check the floorplan to see where they’re located.
➜ NOTE: No cigarettes available – no smoking in tents and under shelters! (in the open air, it is allowed)
There will be no cigarettes available on the festival grounds! It is forbidden to smoke in tents and under shelters. We check this strictly – in case of violation we are forced to remove you from the site.
➜ When does Freshtival begin and end?
- On Friday, June 6 (camping visitors only): from 12:00 PM until Monday, June 9 at 12:00 PM. Part of the festival site opens at 4:00 PM until 4:00 AM for the biggest Pre-Party yet: 4 insane areas packed with top artists and tasty food trucks.
- On Saturday, June 7: open from 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM. Just like every year, we’ll end Saturday with a fireworks show. The party continues on the campsite with various afterparties until 4:00 AM (camping visitors only).
- On Sunday, June 8: open from 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM. Sunday also ends with a fireworks show. And of course, the campsite keeps going with even more afterparties until 4:00 AM (camping visitors only). Because why go home when there’s still so much to experience?

No ticket yet? Don’t wait too long. There is no door sales. Buy the last tickets here.
Please note! We work with QR code tickets that must be scanned from your mobile phone. The internet connection is not always stable so save your QR code ticket in your mobile Wallet if necessary. Also make sure the brightness of your screen is set to maximum.
➜ Resale Platform
Still looking for a ticket or want to sell your ticket? Use our new Resale Platform. This is the only way to buy and sell your ticket(s) 100% secure. After selling your ticket, the buyer will receive a completely new ticket with a new unique barcode.
Beware! Every year we have dozens of people at the entrance who have been scammed with their tickets. Do not buy tickets via other websites/platforms.
➜ Personalizing + lost tickets
Don’t forget to personalize your tickets through your Absolutely Fresh account. On your order page, you can select a ticket and choose “Assign Tickets”. You download your tickets when personalized. Personalizing tickets or changing the name on a ticket is possible until during the event.
➜ Ticket support
An entrance manager from our ticket provider Paylogic will be present at the main entrance (until 7 p.m.) to answer all your questions regarding tickets. For this, bring your ID card, confirmation email (if you have one) and your payment instructions.
➜ Name change
From your Absolutely Fresh account, go to your order page. Here you can quickly and easily change your ticket data yourself.
- On your order page you can select More actions followed by Change name
- Select the correct ticket (automatic if you only have one ticket)
- Fill in the requested data and select the correct payment method
- Read the explanation at the bottom and tick to agree
- Complete the Name Change by paying
➜ Recycling system
We operate a recycling system at Freshtival. Upon entry, you will receive a recycling token. Order your drinks with the purchased tokens and turn in your recycling token. Afterwards, return your empty cup with your next order! Without empty cup or recycling token you pay 0.5 coin extra.

➜ Lockers
There are plenty of lockers available on the festival grounds (and on the campsite for camping visitors). These are lockers with a code and therefore can be used all day. Size of a locker is: 30 cm wide, 40 cm deep and 24 cm high.Beware of prying eyes! Don’t have your locker robbed.
Bought a locker online? You will be emailed your locker number and code no later than the day you reserved your locker (08:00 am). Didn’t receive anything? Check your spam box. There is also a Locker Info Desk where they can help you.
Want to have a locker for sure? Buy one online!
➜ Tokens
On the festival grounds you pay with tokens. These can be purchased on the festival site with (credit) card or cash.
Tip: order your tokens with discount online to save time at the festival grounds. Order them here.
Please note that these tokens are only valid during Freshtival 2025 and are not refundable.
➜ In & out
After leaving the event, it is not possible to go back in.
➜ Do I have to bring my Combi ticket both days?
Yes, a Combi ticket is personal and therefore must be scanned and name-checked each day at the main entrance.
➜ Legitimation
Please bring your ID card, driver’s license and/or passport at all times. Please note: a copy or a photo on your phone is not legally valid. Is your ID card lost or expired? Then report this to your municipality for a Declaration of Absence. Together with a personal pass or document that proves it is you, you can then identify yourself.
➜ Glassware
Please note that glassware is strictly prohibited on and around the festival grounds! If found, you will be immediately removed from the festival or refused entry.
What NOT to bring onto the festival grounds
- Eating and/or drinking is not allowed (without an official doctor’s note)
- Glassware is not allowed on and around the festival grounds
- Liquids are not allowed (deodorant, deodorant rollers, lip gloss, perfumes, hair spray, etc.)
- Sunscreen is allowed in tube, but not in a spray
- Medications are not allowed (without an official doctor’s note)
➜ Gluten allergy?
On site, we have gluten-free food in some quantities. But we understand that you don’t want to take the risk of cross-contamination. Exceptionally, you can bring your own gluten-free food (for one person of course). Note: in combination with a medicine passport, prescription or doctor’s statement, otherwise it’s not allowed.
➜ Merchandise stand with extras
A merchandise stand by Twinklerz is available on the festival grounds. The following items, among others, are available:
- Glasses, caps, flags, t-shirts and jerseys
- Ear plugs, sunscreen, power banks and lighters
- Lip balm, deodorant rollers and hair gel
- And much more
There are also FreshPoints on site where various candy + toiletries are available. Some items will be available here, for free but limited, such as hair gel, hair elastics, tampons and sanitary napkins.

➜ Lost items
During and after Freshtival, we will collect all found objects from security at the main entrance. Anything not collected on the day will be dropped off at the municipality. Approximately two days after the event they will post all found items on the Lost and Found website. You can also make a report there yourself if you have lost something: see their FAQ for more information.
Forgot something in your locker?
If you leave something in your locker, please use this form to contact Eventsafe. They collect all items left in the lockers.
