→ Check-in: Ready-made tents & Friends Areas
Purchasers of Festipi, Delta Deluxe and The Lodge tents + everybody in a Friends Area = Camping 1 (East Village).

  • You will receive your camping bracelet when you scan your Camping + Weekend ticket at the entrance of the campsite.
  • Walk on towards Camping 1: follow the signing East Village.

Attention: the camping bridge!
To get from the Camping Entrance to —> Camping 1 (East Village), you have to cross a bridge.

  • If you go to Camping 1 before Friday 21:00, we will make sure you can simply walk over the road, so you don’t have to go up and down the stairs of the bridge with your camping stuff.
  • If you go to Camping 1 after Friday 21:00, you can only do so via a bridge. This can be tricky with all your luggage!

1 ) Ready-made tents

  • Please report to check-in desk Nr. 2 on Camping 1 next to the ready-made tents.
  • Make sure you take the relevant ticket with you.
  • Our camping crew will then be ready to check you in and help you along.
  • The pre set-up tents are sorted by name
  • Read the Frequently Asked Questions about the camping here.

2 ) Friends Areas

  • The main buyer reports to check-in desk Nr. 1 at the beginning of Camping 1.
  • Make sure you take the relevant ticket with you.
  • After your check-in, our camping crew will show you where to find your Friends Area.
  • Each Friends Area has a power point. Please remember to bring extension cords + a reel (+/- 25 metres) with a normal plug.
  • Did you purchase a party tent in our ticket shop? You can collect these from the large campsite shop/supermarket at Camping 2 (West Village) by showing your ticket.
  • Read the Frequently Asked Questions about the camping here.

→ Check-in: Caravan or Campers
Follow the signs caravan/camper, and please queue. Make sure you also have your camping parking ticket handy if you are coming by car. Don’t have one yet? No problem, these are still available online and on site.

Want to bring your own food and drinks?
Please remember you can bring your own food and drinks ONLY the first time you enter the terrain, when checking in. After this, it is no longer allowed. (For other luggage, you may pass the entrance several times). Each person is allowed to bring the following:

  • 4 litres of drink; no distinction is made between non-alcoholic and alcoholic (= <15%, no strong liquor, no home-made mixes or unsealed containers)

Did you purchase a six-pack of beer, bottles of water, a BBQ package (or a Party Tent) from our webshop? You can pick it up all weekend at the large campsite shop/supermarket at Camping 2 (West Village) by showing your ticket.

Camping shop assortment
Did you forget to buy or bring something? We offer the widest range of products possible in our two camping shops! To give you an idea of what to expect, find a selection of what’s available from the over 200 products, right here: drinkssnackscamping & cosmetics

Cigarettes! Important note!
This year too, we do not sell cigarettes on the festival terrain! Furthermore, it is prohibited to smoke in any festival tents or any covered areas. We have a strict policy on this – breaking this rule will result in removal from the terrain. For our camping visitors: we do offer cigarettes in the super market, these can only be paid for by debit card!

What are you NOT allowed to bring?
Unfortunately, in order to keep the campsite habitable for everyone, we have drawn up some rules + made a flyer:

  • Shopping carts (we only allow wheelbarrows and handtrucks that fit through the visitation gates – maximum 70cm wide)
  • Cars, bicycles, motorbikes, scooters, trailers , etc.
  • (Steam)generators, batteries, car batteries, etc.
  • Beer draft installations: kegs of 5L with integrated taps are allowed, as long as you do not exceed the maximum amount of liters that is permitted. One person may bring up to 4L max. You’re arriving with 5? Then you can bring (5×4=) 20 liter together. That’s 4 self-pour taps of 5L. But maybe some water instead of beer is a good idea too 😉
  • (Large) sound systems
  • Glass or any sharp items
  • Weapons or objects that can be used as weapons
  • Drugs or other narcotic substances which can be used as drugs
  • Open fire, fireworks, camp fires or large BBQ’s (small disposable BBQ’s are allowed on the BBQ-spots only)
  • Large gas bottles/cylinders (allowed are small camping gas bottles [guideline: Campingaz 901 – 0.4 kg] and gas cartridges for camping stoves)
  • Dry ice and laughing gas cartridges
  • Graffiti, confetti, party poppers, paint, etc.
  • Pets
  • Merchandise of any kind without permission of the organization
  • Promotional material of other events (flyers, stickers, posters, banners etc.)
  • Drones and professional photo & video equipment
  • Everything that is prohibited by Dutch law
  • Anything that might negatively influence the experience of others
